AI powered goal planning assistant

Project Grow is developing a brand new app for ADP that focuses on goal planning and management. Whether it's a life goal, personal goal, or community goal, our proprietary AI assistant will help you achieve these goals within your designated timeframe. It will keep you motivated and support you along the way.

My Role

Principal designer through end to end process. Responsible for UX, research and design delivery of the product feature.

Step 1

I joined the team as the founding designer to help the company enter the B2C space, working alongside a small and dedicated team. I'm leading the design of our app.

I focused on defining our business goals and understanding how we want to be perceived by users. Through workshops with key stakeholders, we concluded that our app should assist users with career transitions, salary negotiations, job opportunities, and work-life balance.

Design Progress

After researching and evaluating technical feasibility, I proposed a separate app to our leadership team, which approved the project.
I led design sprints to identify key features, ensuring thorough testing along the way.
Conducted a discovery phase on user accounts and profiles as we prepared to create the new app.

As a team, we decided to meet in Alpharetta for an on-site workshop to brainstorm new ideas. On the first day, we focused on identifying a problem. The following day, I created designs, and on the third day, I conducted user testing.

We established a long-term vision for the app and formulated several short-term objectives. Currently, we are in the process of building an AI-powered goal planning assistant.
