Senior Product Designer, Nov 2021 - Sep 2022
Successfully increased user retention on the mobile app from 34 seconds to over 75 seconds. Utilized smart analytics to deliver personalized experiences to all users on the app and website, providing relevant information to enhance app engagement, leading to a 21% increase in daily returning users.
Spearheaded the design of a new meal plan feature for Albertsons' unified mobile app, which resulted in a 27% increase in basket size after the feature was launched and brought back 32% more users. I led the design team to create the best possible food-related experience.

Led the design effort to create the award-winning and first-to-market feature for the RBC mobile app - NOMI forecast. More than 1 million users have onboarded. Created a future vision of an intelligent banking app that requires minimal human effort to manage money and built AI/ML features to predict user behaviour and support them in maintaining their financial health.
I played a key role in designing the MVP version of branch investments during a pandemic to meet all the investment needs of our users through the mobile app. This resulted in a $7 million increase in investments through the mobile feature. I also organized several virtual research workshops to gain insights into user behaviours and problems.
